The 10 th International Conference of
Information Capital, Property, and Ethics (ICPE-2021)
2021年資訊資本、產權與倫理國際研討會(International Conference of Information Capital, Property, and
Ethics, 簡稱ICPE)由世新大學主辦。廣邀美、日學者齊聚研討，共同探討資訊網路下資訊社會所面臨的資訊經濟、資訊產權、資訊教育、個人隠私保護與倫理等議題。研討議題針對全球資訊化後，對各種產業影響與衝擊；因智慧產權所引發資訊權利議題；如何提升個人資訊競爭力的資訊素養教育與學術倫理。研討會以英文進行學者論文發表，教師組及學生組論文海報發表，以促進國際學術交流、學者互訪及論壇。
